Acceptance of Terms
Registering, logging in, or using CircleQ means you have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this document. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service immediately.
Registration & User Accounts
Registration must be done by an authorized person of the organization (owner, executive, or delegate) · You must provide accurate, truthful information · You are responsible for password security and activity in your account.
Scope of License
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service per your subscribed plan · No reselling, sublicensing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempts to extract source code.
Acceptable Use
For managing legally registered clinics/hospitals/wellness/elder-care centers · Do not store unlawful data · No stress or penetration testing without written permission.
Fees & Payment
Fees follow your chosen plan — billed in advance monthly/yearly · Accepted via Credit Card, QR PromptPay, or Bank Transfer · Service starts immediately after payment confirmation · Listed prices exclude 7% VAT.
Refunds
Monthly customers may cancel anytime with no penalty · Annual customers may request a full refund within the first 14 days · After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated by remaining months less a 10% fee.
Data Ownership
Medical data you enter (patients, diagnoses, records) is 100% yours · You can export your data anytime · After cancellation, data is kept for 90 days before permanent deletion.
Service Level (SLA)
We target 99.9% monthly uptime · automatic daily backups · For outages on our side, customers on SLA plans receive service credits per the terms.
Intellectual Property
All software, logos, trademarks, and content are the property of CircleQ. Reproduction or modification without permission is prohibited.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from the Billing page · We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms, are used unlawfully, or are more than 30 days overdue.
Limitation of Liability
CircleQ is provided "as is" · We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss from force majeure · Maximum liability does not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Thai law; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you in advance of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
